We had so much fun seeing and watching John this week. The “big kid” had fun with the kids and they were there to cheer him on during the opening game against the Giants.
I sent him a link to your article and promised to read it. I told him I’d ask you stop by when they’re in town so he can meet you and say hi.
The kids miss him dearly,
I am glad you and the kids were able to see him while he was in town! It looked like you guys were experiencing some cold weather!
I appreciate showing him the link and I hope he enjoys reading the article.
It would be amazing if I could meet him! He has definitely become my favorite player on the Marlins. I have two favorites on the Marlins, Andrew Miller (a pitcher who is on the DL) and John Baker.
It saddens me that the kids miss him, but hopefully they were able to learn a lot from him and I hope they see that a lot of hard work and dedication can get you where you want to be in life.
Thank you very much!
Hi Tatiana- I just came across your site. I was wondering if you collect cards. If you do, would you be interested in making a team trade? I am a die hard Indians fan and would be willing to send you some cards of the Marlins. Let me know what you think.
I am trying to buy VIP wrist bands for the post concert Marlins/Mets but I can’t find them anywhere. Any suggestions?
I just read your article about groupies. I want to tell you I loved it! Yes someone made a good point that men should be responsible for their actions too, but just wow. That would be like me waving a hamburger at an obese man who is ready to have a heart attack, and then say, “Well, if he dies it’s partly his fault too.”
I am obviously not a jealous woman (since I’m not a woman) and I’m not a bitter person either. I still agree with everything you said. I personally think that men and women can both act pretty stupid and pathetic. I wouldn’t touch those “women” with a 10 foot pole and I hope that if I were a woman, I would see something in a potential mate more than money, fame and attention.
